“Through the process of concatenation (taking two or more separately located things and placing them side-by-side next to each other so that they can now be treated as one thing) using as visual material two pieces of Volker Schreiner, “Wipe Board” (1989) and “White Screen” (1988), the composer tried through different mathematical processes to generate a new story where the analog world meets the video synthesis resulting in digital visual effects interacting with tape recordings from the late '80s.”
